Titan Data Hub GmbH provides the technical, organizational, and financial infrastructure necessary for the operation, dissemination, and long-term sustainability of the journal. This includes maintaining the journal website and publishing platform, supporting manuscript submission and peer-review management systems, overseeing production workflows, enabling open-access dissemination, and ensuring long-term digital preservation and archiving of published content.
The Publisher is responsible for administrative and operational publishing functions, including:
- Provision and maintenance of the journal’s technical infrastructure
- Support of editorial workflows and production processes
- DOI registration, metadata preparation, and indexing support
- Open-access distribution and repository deposition
- Administration of Article Processing Charges (APCs)
- Compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and data-protection requirements
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial team in accordance with the journal’s peer-review, publication ethics, and conflict-of-interest policies.
The Publisher does not influence the peer-review process or decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection.
